Peach Champagne Cocktail

1 oz. Daily’s Peach Daiquiri Margarita Mix
3 oz. Champagne
Serve in a champagne flute

Peach Cobbler

4 oz Daily’s Peach mix
2 oz club soda
2 oz light rum
1/2 oz dark rum
1 graham cracker
Dash of cinnamon

Stir peach mix, soda, light rum and cinnamon together.  Grind graham cracker to a fine powder (a coffee grinder will do the trick).  Ring a glass with the powder then fill with ice.  Pour in mixture.  Top off with the dark rum.
